Anything comfortable that allows you to move at your fullest range of motion.

We have mats at the studio that you can use, but it's strongly recommended that you bring your own. It would also be a good idea to bring a reusable waterbottle. Our studio is stocked with straps, bolsters, and pillows so no need to worry about bringing anything extra.

Note - please be courteous to your yoga neighbors and refrain from wearing perfume or strong scented oils or lotions.

Please arrive about 10-15 minutes before your first class starts. We'll have you fill out a liability waiver, we'll register you and then give you a quick run down of the studio.

If you're local to the area, you're invited to take advantage of our Intro Month which is 30 days of unlimited classes for $XX! During those two weeks, we encourage you to explore our diverse schedule and take as many classes as you would like.

We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts. This way you can settle in and prepare yourself to be present for your practice.

This is totally up to you! We recommend starting with Level 1 or “All Levels” classes and exploring from there.

We've found that coming to class 2-3 times per week is the sweet spot to really feel the benefits of yoga - physically, mentally, and spiritually. That being said, some students come every day and some come just a few times a month.
